"Dr. Kulberg is a licensed clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience. In 2002, her family relocated to the Roaring Fork Valley from San Diego, California, where she was in private practice and Adjuct Professor of Psychopathology at Bethel Seminary West. Dr. Kulberg received her master and doctoral degrees from the California School of Professional Psychology - San Diego and currently practices in Basalt, providing the following three services: 1) Psychotherapy: Individual and family therapy addresing issues of anxiety and depression, as well as couples therapy for communication skills, conflict resolution, sexual dissatisfaction and infidelity; Specific services for children such as behavior modification plans and parent/caregiver support for conduct problems at home or school are often a focus;
2) Psychological and Neuropsychological Evaluation: Ranging from brief consultation to comprehensive assessment of cognitive, emotional and personality functioning to determine the presence and extent of learning disability, attention deficit disorder, dementia, or acquired brain dysfunction, as well as thought or personality disorder; 3) Neuropsychological Counseling: Interventions which help children and adults cope with the grief associated with disability and which teach compensation for learning problems, attention deficits, head trauma, dementia, or other brain dysfunctions are provided."

Although I accept only cash/checks or credit cards, each client receives a monthly statement with all appropriate information (my tax ID#; the diagnosis; and procedure codes) for obtaining reimbursement based upon his/her mental health out-of-network insurance benefit. Call ahead to your insurance company to ask what kind of reimbursement you will receive using this procedure.
