Dr. Pray works with all ages, including couples, individuals, and families. She offers specialized skills to help clients overcome anxiety, phobias, and panic, as well as depression, bipolar, and eating disorders. She also works with addictions and relationship problems. With a strong background in attachment and resilience, Dr. Pray utilizes specific treatment protocols in cognitive behavior therapy, interpersonal therapy, and DBT. Clients learn tools to think and react differently so that they can achieve and maintain success in their relationships and lives. She offers a warm, collaborative problem-solving approach and utilizes client strengths to develop a specific plan and follow through. Dr. Pray also provides intellectual and psychological testing services. She supervises clinicians and provides clinical training and seminars. Troubled adolescents and their families also use Dr. Pray to help find appropriate placements in residential and wilderness treatment.
